Do you accept insurance?
We currently accept most Aetna, Anthem, and United plans. We accept HSA and FSA for payment. Self-pay is an option.
Do you offer in-person services?
VibeWell Connect is 100% online. We offer video-based sessions that you can connect by phone, tablet, or desktop.
How much does one session cost?
Sliding scale options are available when eligible. Standard rates are as follows:
Initial consultation $190
Ongoing session $160
Couples sessions $225
Have a scheduling conflict?
Our flexible scheduling allows you to reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Is my data safe?
Yes. VibeWell Connect utilizes a service called Zanda which has received ISO 27001 Certification. Additional information can be accessed here.
Am I able to speak with someone before scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! You can request to meet with a provider for a 15 minute phone call prior to booking an appointment at no cost.
How long is a session?
60 minutes.
Do you work with children?
We are not scheduling sessions with individuals under the age of 18 at this time.
Do you work with couples?
Yes.
